I have two Kahr 'C' drums, serial numbers are on both sides of the drum on both drums! If the posted info is correct, it would seem we don't have a clean serial number cut off in regard to when Kahr stopped numbering the front of the drum. I'm selling a limited edition Kahr MK9 Duo-Tone model.
They made 400 of these guns, and the serial number on this one is LTD 1XX.
This version of the MK9 features a matte stainless steel frame and a 4130 chrome moly slide plated with Birdsong Black-T finish. Black-T is a proprietary black coating that adds lubricity and increases corrosion resistance of the base metal. It exceeds the ATSM (American Standard Materials) 177 specifications for salt water corrosion resistance by more than 4000%. It is the only permissible coating used on many components on nuclear submarines.
I've added brand new Meprolight night sights.
It comes with 3 holsters, a used Kramer leather IWB holster, a new Garrett Industries Silent Thunder GT IWB holster and and new Desantis Nemesis pocket holster.
It also comes with a Kramer leather 2-mag holster to carry extra mags.
The gun comes with 6 total magazines.
There are 5 - 6 round mags and 1 - 7 round mag.
Some have Pierce mag extensions on them, and I have enough extra mag extension to convert them all if you like.
The gun is in good condition and functions 100%, as do all the mags.
It's a great little carry gun in 9mm that sucks up most of the recoil with its all metal construction.
